On behalf of the German Federal Foreign Office, the GIZ project Strengthening of civil protection in the West Bank is supporting the Palestinian Civil Defence (PCD) in their mandate to provide professional disaster and emergency responses and protect the Palestinian People and their livelihoods from natural and man-made disasters and other emergencies.
