This Request For Proposal (“Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of Vancouver (“City”) To Prospective Non-Profit Organizations Experienced In Operating And Maintaining Social Housing Projects (Each, A “Proponent”) To Submit Proposals (Each, A “Proposal”) To Assume The Operation And Commence The Winddown Of The Social Housing Project Known As Skeena House(The “Project”) At 3475 East Hastings St., Vancouver, Bc (The “Site”) In Advance Of Redevelopment Of The Site, Facilitated By Entering Into A Short Term Lease And Grant Agreement. In This Rfp, The City Will Refer To The Proponent That Is Selected, Approved By Council For The Project As The “Selected Proponent”. Interested Parties Are Required To Respond To This Rfp In Accordance With The Instructions Set Forth In This Rfp.The Rfp Is Administered Through The Citys Electronic Procurement Portal. (The Supplier Portal).Proposals May Only Be Submitted Via The Supplier Portal In The Format Requested By The City.
