Icbc Is Seeking A Managed Parking Solution That:Provides Management And Operation Of The Employee Parkade At 2150 Keith Drive.Provides Access To A Minimum Of 200 Additional Parking Stalls Located Within 1.2 Km Walking Distance Of 2150 Keith Drive.Provides A Parking Reservation And Administration System For Employee Parking.Supports Both Icbc-Paid And Employee Self-Paid Parking Arrangements.Integrates, Where Required By Icbc, With Icbcs Access-Control Systems.Provides Security, Maintenance, Enforcement, Reporting, And Customer Support Services For The Parking Inventory.Achieves Full Implementation And Operational Readiness By April 1, 2027.Maintains The Availability Of The Proposed Parking Inventory Throughout The Contract Term, Including Any Exercised Extension Periods.Proponents Must Be Capable Of Delivering The Complete Solution. Proposals Must Identify All Subcontractors, Parking Operators, Property Owners, Technology Providers, And Other Third Parties Involved In Delivering The Services.
