Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Assuming The Costs Of Imbalances, For The Needs Of Objects And Street Lighting For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Stamboliyski. As The Objects Are Listed Non-Exhaustively In The Technical Specification, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery.The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy For 12 (Twelve) Months Is Approximately 1350,000 Mwh Or 1350,000 Kwh Of Net Active Electrical Energy. Delivery Is Carried Out At The Customers Sites, Detailed In The Technical Specification.The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is Determined On The Basis Of The Amounts Consumed For The Previous 12 Months For All Sites Of The Contracting Authority.The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Draft Contract, The Technical Specification, The Technical And Price Proposal Of The Contractor, As Well As In Accordance With The Current Legislation And Established Rules In The Field Of Energy.​​​​​​​
