The Scope Of The Order Includes Delivery Of 1 Brand New M3 Category Vehicle For The Needs Of Municipal Passenger Transport Eood, As Well As An Option For Additional Delivery Of 1 More Vehicle Under The Conditions Specified In The Documentation And Contract.The Subject Of The Agreement Also Includes An Obligation For The Contractor To Register The Vehicle At The Traffic Police At The Ministry Of Internal Affairs Of Gabrovo On Behalf Of The Employer, As Well As To Provide Warranty And Service Within The Warranty Period According To The Terms Of The Agreement.Payment Of The Contract Price Will Be Made Under The Conditions And In The Order Specified In The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation.In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Performance Of The Contract /Incl. And The Provided Options/, Will Be Considered Assigned, After Securing The Corresponding Financing.
