The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Sanitary Materials And Preparations For The Needs Of The Structural Units Of Nek Ead For A Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, And Is Divided Into The Following Separate Items:Separate Item 1: Supply Of Sanitary Materials And Preparations, According To Appendix No. 1Separate Item 2: Supply Of Sanitary Materials And Preparations, According To Appendix No. 2The Contracting Authority Provides An Option Under Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, In The Event That At The Expiration Of The Term Of Each Contract Its Maximum Value Has Not Been Reached, It Is Permissible To Extend The Term Of The Contract By Up To 24 Months Or Until Its Maximum Value Is Exhausted.In The Subject Of This Public Procurement Under Specific Item No. 1, The Supply Of Goods Is Provided, Which Are Included In A List Of Goods And Services, According To A Common Terminology Dictionary, Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities According To Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code.
