Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Measures For Energy Efficiency Of Outdoor Artificial Lighting Systems In The Village Of Velichkovo And The Village Of Zvanichevo - Pazardzhik Municipality, Through A Contract With A Guaranteed Result (Esco)

The Subject Of The Order Includes Energy-Efficient Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Street Lighting Systems On The Territory Of The Village Of Velichkovo And The Village Of Zvanichevo - Pazardzhik Municipality, Through A Contract With A Guaranteed Result (Esco) And According To The Energy Efficiency Survey Report Of The Street Lighting System And The Technical Project, And Provides For The Implementation Of The Following Activities:Modernization Of Street Lighting Through Delivery, Replacement And/Or Installation Of Street And Park Lighting Fixtures;Introduction Of An Intelligent Street Lighting Control, Monitoring And Process Management System, Supply And Installation Of A Controller Panel To Each Street Lighting Panel.Monitoring Of Electricity Consumption During Operation For The Duration Of The Contract;The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction, And The Specific Activities Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.When Performing The Construction And Installation Works, Use Materials That Comply With The Bds And Observe The Full Technological Order When Performing The Individual Types Of Work, According To The Technical Specification And Specifically Provided For In The Approved Investment Project. Ordinance No. 2 Dated March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Work Must Be Observed. When Putting Non-Standard Materials Into The Site, They Must Be Tested In Licensed Laboratories And Have A Certificate Of Applicability From The Relevant State Controlling Authority. The Contractor Is Responsible If The Materials Or Equipment Used Are Not Of The Required Quality And/Or Deteriorate The Quality Of The Activities Performed On The Site As A Whole. The Contractor Undertakes To Correct, Resp. Fully Replace At Its Own Expense The Substandard Works And Substandard Materials Within The Proposed Warranty Periods.The Public Procurement Is In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 71, Art. 72 And Art. 73 Of The Energy Efficiency Act (Eea). The Subject Of The Contract With A Guaranteed Result Is The Implementation Of Measures To Increase The Energy Efficiency Of Outdoor Artificial Lighting Systems, And The Investments For The Implementation Of These Measures Are Paid According To The Contractually Guaranteed Level Of Energy Efficiency Improvement Or Another Contractual Criterion Related To The Energy Characteristics. A Contract With A Guaranteed Result Is Concluded After An Energy Efficiency Survey Of The External Artificial Lighting System - Object Of The Contract.
