The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Construction Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut. The Contractor Exercises Construction Supervision During The Execution Of The Construction And Assembly Works For All Sub-Objects Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement, In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects, Construction Permits, The Contract For The Implementation Of Smr And The Current Regulations.A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
