Lower Mansion .The Subject Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Territorial Planning Act, Ordinance No. 4 Of 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects And Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 20.12.2017 On Planning And Designing The Communication And Transport System Of Urbanized Territories;Activity 2 - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Installation Works On The Site;Activity 3 – Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Investment Project. The Section Subject To The Investment Has An Approximate Length Of 460.00 M, Beginning At 13 And Direction O.T. 2. Construction Is Categorized As The Fourth Category, According To Art. 8, Para. 1, Item 2 And Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature For The Types Of Construction, According To The Provision Of Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, B.A, In Connection With B.D Of The Zut.The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Indicated In The Technical Specification.The Contracting Authority Determines The Technical Specifications According To Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Zop, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Applicable Legal Acts In The Relevant Area.At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure For The Award Of The Public Contract, No Funding Has Been Provided For The Execution Of The Contract.
