The Aim Of This Assignment Is To Gain More Insight Into The Migration Routes, Migratory Behavior And Use Of The North Sea Area By The Rough Pipistrelle Bat. For This Purpose, Bats Are Transmittered And Monitored Via The Motus Network, Supplemented With Dna Research. The Results Should Contribute To A Better Assessment Of The Effects Of Offshore Wind Farms At Population Level. In Addition, The Data Must Provide Insight Into Flight Routes, Flight Heights And Towing Moments, So That Mitigation Measures, Such As Temporarily Shutting Down Wind Turbines, Can Be Used More Effectively. There Is Also Room For Additional Analyzes And Innovative Research Techniques, Provided That They Demonstrably Contribute To Reducing Existing Knowledge Gaps. 4 Years + 2 X 1 Year Option To Extend
