The Municipality Of Lingewaard Wants To Offer Status Holders A Good Start From The Moment They Settle In The Municipality. Good Social Guidance In The First Period After Housing Contributes To A Rapid Increase In Self-Reliance, Successful Integration And Sustainable Participation In Lingewaard Society. Under The Civic Integration Act 2021, The Municipality Has The Legal Task Of Offering Social Guidance To Status Holders During The First Phase After Settlement. This Guidance Consists Of Support With Practical Matters, Getting To Know Dutch Society And Encouraging Independence. The Municipality Has Chosen To Provide This Social Guidance In An Integrated Manner. In Addition To Legal Social Guidance, The Assignment Therefore Also Includes Coordination Regarding The Housing Of Status Holders, Arranging The Participation Declaration Process (Pvt), Support With Financial Self-Reliance, Guidance Regarding The Language Provider, Additional Language Coaching Where Necessary And Legal Support During Family Reunification. These Components Reinforce Each Other And Jointly Contribute To A Successful Start For Status Holders In The Municipality.
