The In-Depth Personal Leadership Intervention (Vpl) Can Be Understood As A Bundle Of Interventions/Working Methods, Which Are Offered Externally Within Existing Leadership Programs (Including More Later) And Last A Total Of 1 To Approximately 1.5 Days Per Program. The Vpl Is Aimed At Deepening The Personal Leadership Of Participants In The Leadership Programs, Who Gain In-Depth Insight Into Their Qualities, Development Points, Motivations And Beliefs. In This Assignment We Make A Distinction Between Talent Development Programs And Regular Development Programs. The Talent Development Programs Are: • Tmg Top, A Talent Program For Future Tmg Members; • The Candidate Program (Kp), A Talent Program For Future Top Managers (Directors). The Regular Development Programs Are: • Abd Lab (Leadership At Offer) For Top Managers (Directors); • Opl, Leadership Development Program For Senior Executives (Managers).
