The Province Of Flevoland And The Municipality Of Lelystad Are Working To Improve Traffic Flow Through The Construction Of A New Ring Road On The South Side Of Lelystad: The Rondweg Lelystad Zuid. This Ring Road Consists Of A Municipal Part, The Verlengde Westerdreef And A Provincial Part, The Laan Van Nieuw Land. The Contractors Assignment Basically Includes The Engineering And Realization Of The Lelystad Zuid Rondweg With A Multi-Year Maintenance Component (2 Years) For The Green Design Of The Lelystad Zuid Rondweg. In General, The Following Objects Should Be Developed Into Do And Uo On The Basis Of The Vo Of The Lelystad South Rondweg And Realized: • Area Access Road 2X2 Lanes Within The Built-Up Area: Extended Westerdreef. • Area Access Road 2X2 Lanes Outside The Built-Up Area: Laan Van Nieuwland. • Roundabout “Waterkop Warande”. • Bicycle Tunnel Extended Westerdreef (Kw06). • Roundabout “Verlengde Westerdreef – Laan Van Nieuwland”. • Bridge Over Western Rift/Kestrel Tour Including Bicycle Underpass (Kw05). • Roundabout “Western Access To Warande”. • Railway Crossing At The Existing Kw520 In The Almere – Lelystad Railway Line. • Bridge Over Eastern Rift (Kw03). • Roundabout “Eastern Access To Warande”. • Bridge Over Lage Vaart (Kw01). • Intersections Laan Van Nieuwland – Anthony Fokkerweg N727. • Public Lighting. • Traffic Control System At Intersections Anthony Fokkerweg N727 With Entrances And Exits A6/Laan Van Nieuwland/Poseidonweg. • Exit A6 Towards Almere (Optional Work). The Above Objects Must Be Integrated Into The Environment By: • Adjusting The Water Management. • Creating And Maintaining The Greenery. • Incorporating Wildlife Facilities. • Adjusting The Maintenance Paths Of Staatsbosbeheer. • Maintaining Prorails Emergency Route And Shielding The Railway Line. • Incorporating Plot Access. • Shielding The Road From The Environment By Installing Wildlife Grids.
