The Assignment Concerns The New Construction, Renovation And Major Maintenance Of The Noardeast-Fryslân Town Hall In Dokkum. The Project Includes The Realization Of Architectural And Installation Work, Including The Renovation Of Monumental Building Parts And The Realization Of New Construction. The Tender Is Divided Into Three Lots: Lot 1 (Construction Work), Lot 2 (Mechanical And Electrical Installations) And Lot 3 (A Combination Of Lot 1 And 2). Lot 3 Is An Alternative To The Separate Award Of Lots 1 And 2. The Work Will Be Carried Out In An Inner-City Environment, With Special Attention Being Paid To Accessibility, Safety, Limitation Of Nuisance And Sustainability. The New Construction, Renovation And Major Maintenance To Be Realized Will Total Approximately 5,000 M² Gross Floor Area And Will Accommodate Five Building Parts.
