Project Description: The Former Catholic Parish Church Of St. Lambertus In Bürgewald (Formerly: Morschenich-Alt) Is To Be Converted Into A New Communal Place In The Village With The Adjacent Objects Of The Rectory, Rectory And Funeral Hall As Well As The Surrounding Open Spaces. The Overall Program Covers Approx. 1,360 M2 Gross Floor Area And Is Spread Over Five Mostly Single-Storey Buildings With Partial Basements. Future Uses Include A Meeting Room For Around 150 People, A Meeting Point With Cooking Facilities (Village Kitchen), A Pavilion With Multifunctional Rooms (Future Workshop), A Workshop (Haus Des Machens) And A Wellness Facility (Village Sauna), Each Including Side Rooms, Sanitary Facilities And Offices.
