Rehabilitation Of Facades And Roofs Of The El Mercantil Building.The Purpose Of The Action Is The Restoration And Consolidation Of The Facades And Roofs Of This Building, Cataloged As A Cultural Asset Of Local Interest (Bcil), With The Aim Of Guaranteeing Its Conservation, Preserving Its Architectural And Heritage Values And Avoiding The Progressive Deterioration Of Its Structural Elements. The Mercantile Building Constitutes A Prominent Element Of The Architectural And Historical Heritage Of The Municipality, So That Its Rehabilitation Responds To An Interest Obvious Public, Both From The Point Of View Of The Preservation Of The Cultural Heritage And Of The Security, The Conservation And The Valorization Of A Municipally Owned Property. The Works Object Of The Contract Will Be Executed In Accordance With The Determinations Contained In The Approved Technical Project, This Being The Ideal Instrument To Respond To The Municipal Needs Detected And To Achieve The Conservation And Rehabilitation Objectives Foreseen.
