The Objective Of This Bidding Process Is To Hire The Services Of The Number Attorney To Support The Legal Advice Directorate In The Judicial And Administrative Management Of Cases In Which The Municipality Is A Party, Intervenes Or Maintains A Committed Legal Interest For An Execution Period Of 12 Months.The Purpose Of The Contracting Is To Ensure Permanent, Efficient And Timely Management Of The Procedural And Administrative Actions Associated With Said Cases, Including The Processing Of Documents, The Review And Monitoring Of Judicial Resolutions, The Carrying Out Of Proceedings Before The Competent Jurisdictional Bodies And The Timely Compliance With The Actions Required Before The Superior Courts Of Justice And The Constitutional Court, Thus Contributing To The Adequate Protection Of Municipal Interests.
