The Corporation Calls For Public Bidding To Contract, For Twelve Months, The Access, Implementation, Parameterization, Migration, Start-Up, Hosting, Support, Maintenance, Updating, Training And Operational Continuity Of An Integrated Technological Solution, Under A Service Modality, Composed Of Three Modules: A Accounting And Budget Management; B Human Resources And Remunerations; C Inventory Of Stocks And Fixed Assets.The Service Must Allow The Registration, Processing, Control, Traceability And Issuance Of Financial, Budgetary, Accounting, Labor And Pension Information; Comply With Current Regulations Applicable To Municipal Participation Corporations; And Support The Convergence And Issuance Of Information Under Nicsp-Cgr, In Accordance With Resolution No. 3 Of 2020 Of The Comptroller General Of The Republic, Opinion No. E424725 Of 2023, Subsequent Instructions And Regulations That Modify Or Replace Them.Contracting Includes All Costs Necessary For A Complete Operation. Additional Charges Will Not Be Accepted For Implementation, Initial Parameterization, Agreed Migration, Licenses, Hosting, Regulatory Updates, Backups, Support, Committed Training, Ordinary Data Export Or Term Of Service.
