The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 933 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles In The Design And Build Formula, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Małopolska 2021-2027 Program, Consisting Of Two Parts: 1. Part I: Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 933 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Section 040 From Km 0+670 To Km 2+236.2.Part Ii: Expansion Of The Provincial Road No. 933 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On Section 040 From Km 2+236 To Km 3+378 And On Section 050 From Km 0+000 To Km 1+200. The Task Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Agreement Of December 19, 2025 For The Joint Implementation Of The Project Titled Expansion Of Provincial Road No. 933 In The Scope Of Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, Concluded Between The Brzeszcze Commune And The Oświęcim Commune. Ii.Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. 1. The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, For Each Part Of The Order Separately, Among Others: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Documents And Administrative Decisions Of The Architectural And Construction Administration Body, Constituting The Basis For Commencing Construction Works (Including The Final Zrid Decision With Immediate Enforceability, Final Construction Permit Or Certificate Of Acceptance Of The Application Without Objection, Depending On The Needs For A Given Section); 2) Development Of A Design For Temporary And Final Traffic Organization Along With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Approvals; 3) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles On The Western Side Of The Street. Ofiar Oświęcim In Brzeszcze And Ul. Pszczyńska In Rajsko Along With The Required Expansion/Reconstruction Of The Road; 4) Reconstruction Of Bus Bays; 5) Reconstruction Of Intersections; 6) Construction/Reconstruction Of Exits And Accesses To The Property; 7) Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings; 8) Clearing Of Greenery Colliding With The Investment And Planting Of Native Tree Species; 9) Construction And Reconstruction Of Drainage; 10) Construction Of A Canal Technological; 11) Construction Of Street Lighting, Reconstruction Of The Lv Cable Line, Protection Of Existing Networks; 12) Reconstruction And Protection Of The Utility Network Colliding With The Investment; 13) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Necessary To Obtain An Occupancy Permit/Completion Of Construction, Including: A) Documents And Statements Of The Construction Manager, B) List Of Changes To The Approved Construction Design, C) Design Documentation With The Changes Introduced, D) Test And Inspection Protocols As Well As Declarations, Certificates And Approvals For Individual Industries And Vertical And Horizontal Markings, E) Post-Construction Surveying Inventory,F) Surveyors Declaration;14) Exercising Author
