Tenders Are Invited For Design And Construction Of A Steel Shelter At The Large Waste Processing Installation At Ul. Rybnicka 199B In Gliwice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Decisions And Permits, And The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Steel Shelter Constituting An Extension Of The Existing Facility Intended For Storing And Conducting Processes Related To Bulky Waste, Located On The Registration Plot No. 77 And 80, Bojkowskie Pola District, On The Premises Of Przedsiębiorstwo Zadrożowania Odpadów Sp. Z O. O. In Gliwice. The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula And Includes The Implementation Of The Complete Design, Formal And Legal Scope As Well As Construction And Assembly Works. The Facility Currently Under Construction Should Be Treated As An Element Of The Target Expansion Of The Installation For The Processing Of Large-Sized Waste, And Not As An Independent Or Temporary Facility. The Construction Solutions Used, The Location Of Columns, Foundations, Block Walls, Height Ordinates And Roof Geometry Must Enable The Implementation Of Future Expansion Without The Need To Dismantle Or Fundamentally Rebuild The Elements Made Under This Order.2. The Scope Includes All Activities And Works Necessary To Achieve The Purpose Of The Order, In Particular: • Site Visit, Measurements, Construction And Geodetic Inventory Of The Existing Facility And Identification Of The Junction Between The Existing And The Planned Structure; • Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes And Identifying Soil And Water Conditions To The Extent Necessary For Proper Foundation; • Developing Complete Design Documentation In All Required Industries, Including Static And Strength Calculations; • Obtaining The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Administrative Procedures And Building Permits Or Carrying Out Other Appropriate Administrative Procedure, If Required By The Regulations;• Organization, Security And Operation Of Construction On The Premises Of An Active Plant;• Execution Of Steel Structure, Foundations, Roof, Drainage, Electrical Installation And Lighting And Other Works Described In The Fup;• Construction Of A Wall From Prefabricated Concrete Blocks, Preparation Of The Ground And Relocation Of 92 Existing Blocks;• Carrying Out Tests, Examinations, Measurements, Acceptance And Formal Activities Related To The Completion Of Construction;• Preparation Of Documentation As-Built And Post-Construction Surveying Inventory And Handing Over The Facility To The Ordering Party.
