The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Procedure Entitled: Change Of The Decision On The Building Permit Regarding The Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Rooms Into An Employee Canteen In The Office Building At Ul. Kolska 12 (Plot No. 3, 4, 5/1 And 5/2 From The Area 6-03-06) In Warsaw, Together With Carrying Out Administrative Proceedings Regarding The Change Of The Decision On The Building Permit No. 149/N/2016. The Implementation Of The Task Will Be Divided Into The Following Stages: • Stage I - Preparation Of Two Variants Of The Architectural Concept, Including Functional Projections Of The Rooms. The Selected Concept Will Be The Basis For The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Change The Building Permit. • Stage Ii - Preparation Of A Multi-Disciplinary Architectural And Construction Design, Which Will Be The Basis For Obtaining By The Contractor, Acting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Final Decision To Change The Building Permit.• Stage Iii - Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision To Change The Building Permit.• Stage Iv - Preparation Of The Detailed Design Constituting The Basis For The Development Of The Bill Of Quantities And The Investors Cost Estimate As Well As The Implementation Of Construction And Finishing Works.• Stage V - Preparation Of A Complete Multi-Sector Investors Cost Estimate, Enabling The Determination Of The Costs Of Implementing The Entire Investment Consisting In Adapting The Rooms To An Office Function.
