The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Przeworno, Located On Plot No. 363, Przeworno District, By Renovating The Stage (Main Hall) And Installing A Vertical Platform For People With Disabilities.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Their Execution Are Specified In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.3.The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Rules Regarding Payment Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 281 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Act On Public Procurement. The Contract Template Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4.The Proceedings Are Carried Out As Part Of The Operation Called Modernization Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Przeworno, Supported Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027, Intervention I.13.1 Leader/Community-Led Local Development (Clld) - Lds Implementation Component, In The Scope Of Improvement Of Access To Small Public Infrastructure, Co-Financed By The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development (Eafrd) And National Public Funds, Under The Aid Agreement No. 00257.Um01.65721.00582.2025.5.The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All The Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.6.The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Swz. Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Determine The Offered Price In Accordance With The Price Calculation Presented In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form.7.The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Contract Template, Swz And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And Other Applicable Regulations And Standards, As Well As In Accordance With Technical Knowledge, Principles Of Construction Practice And Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.
