1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works, I.E. Renovation Works Of The Promenade Consisting In Replacing The Surface And Covering The Retaining Walls, On The Section From Ul. Wojska Polskiego To Ul. Piastów, Located On Plot No. 301/5, 300/9 Rev. Mielno, Mielno Commune. The Task Includes The Following Construction Works: - Demolition Of The Existing Promenade Sidewalk Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; - Profiling, Construction Of Reinforcements And Slopes; - Construction Of The Sidewalk Surface With A Washed Concrete Slab 20X30x6 Cm; - Installation Of A Ventilated Lamella Cladding On The Existing L-Type Reinforced Concrete Retaining Walls; - Construction Of Roofs With Prefabricated Concrete Elements On The Crown Of Retaining Walls.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Design Documentation (Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 1 To The Swz), Which Should Be Used According To The Scope. The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz), Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Only Of Auxiliary Nature.3. The Type Of Materials Included In The Documentation Is Only Exemplary. In Each Case Where Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, It Should Be Considered Non-Binding - In Each Such Case, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials, I.E. Having The Same Or No Worse Features And Parameters Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order For This Material.
