Paderewskiego 32 In Katowice, Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building And Achieving The Material And Ecological Effects Indicated In The Energy Audit, Together With The Renovation Of The Roof Covering Along With The Renovation Of Chimneys (Option No. 1) And The Renovation Of The External Entrance Stairs To The Building (Option No. 2).2) The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into: A) Basic Scope (Guaranteed Part), Including In Particular: - Development Of Design Documentation In The Basic Scope, Option No. 1 And Option No. 2, Together With Obtaining, On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, All Administrative Decisions And Consents/Arrangements Necessary To Commence And Complete Construction Works, If Required, - Execution Of Construction Works, Based On The Design Documentation Prepared And Approved By The Ordering Party, Covering The Basic Scope, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Ordering Partys Guidelines, - In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions And The Ordering Partys Guidelines, - Performing Multi-Discipline Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment, To The Extent Resulting From The Developed Documentation B) Optional Scope Including: - Under Option No. 1 - Renovation Of The Roof Covering Together With The Renovation Of Chimneys, - Under Option No. 2 - Renovation Of The External Entrance Stairs To The Building.3) As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Obliged Only To Complete The Basic Scope Of The Order.
