The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Municipal Roads, Sidewalks And Squares In The Bobolice Commune, Including The Implementation Of All Works Leading To Achieving A Condition Consistent With Opz Chapter B Swz. All Provisions Of The Swz And Attachments Regarding The Subject Of The Order Should Be Considered Together - Together With All Attached Documents (Comprehensively). 1. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.2.The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Procedure Has Been Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Parts (Tasks), For Which Contractors May Submit Offers: 2.1.Task No. 1 – Paving And Repair Works. Completion Deadline: Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Provided That The Works Related To The Preparation Of The Work Front For The Contractor Of Task No. 2 Should Be Completed Within 2 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract (In Accordance With Opz).2.2.Task No. 2 – Bituminous Works. Completion Deadline: Up To 1 Month From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.3.The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One Or All Tasks.4.Rules Of Conduct In The Absence Of Offers For One Of The Parts: Due To The Nature And Mutual, Close Technological Connection Of The Scopes Of Work, The Implementation Of Both Tasks Is Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Subject Of The Order. Failure To Complete Any Of The Tasks Will Make It Impossible To Achieve The Intended Investment Goal. In A Situation Where No Offer Is Received For One Of The Tasks (In Particular Task No. 1) Or Only Offers Subject To Rejection Are Received, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Invalidate The Proceedings Regarding The Second Task (Task No. 2) Due To The Fact That Its Independent Implementation Is Not Technically Possible Or Will Not Lead To The Correct And Complete Implementation Of The Investment Goal.
