A) The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Construction Work Consisting In The Performance Of Works In The Field Of Renovation And Maintenance Of Road Markings In The City Of Krakow, Divided Into Two Parts: Part 1: Area I North (Śródmieście, Krowodrza, Nowa Huta) B) The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Contract Using The Following Documents: For Part 1: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To Swz - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Construction (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9.1 To The Swz - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10.1 To The Swzc) If The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Appear In Any Annex To The Swz, The Products May Be Replaced By Equivalent Ones. The Ordering Party Will Consider Equivalent Solutions To Be Solutions That Enable Achieving The Effect Intended By. The Ordering Party Using Other Technical Solutions. An Identical (Identical) Solution Cannot Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, But Only One That Shows Exactly The Same Or Very Similar Utility Value In The Compared Features. By Indicating The Manufacturers Name, Trademarks, Standards, Approvals Or Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Aimed To Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only The Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order.
