Tenders Are Invited For Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Town Hall Building In Reszel Together With Reconstruction

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Town Hall Building In Reszel Together With Reconstruction. The Task Includes Carrying Out Construction Works In The Historic Town Hall In Reszel, Located At Ul. Rynek 24 In Reszel. The Works Will Be Related To Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Along With Reconstruction In Order To Improve Its Technical Parameters And Adapting It To The Needs Of Disabled People. In Addition, The Planned Works Are Also Related To The Repair Of Existing Building Elements And Their Protection Against Destruction. The Monument Is Cared For And Used By The Reszel Commune, Which Has Its Headquarters In The Facility. 2. The Ordering Party Informs That For The Duration Of The Construction Works Being The Subject Of This Order, The Building Will Be Completely Closed And Handed Over To The Contractor As A Construction Site. 3. The Contractor Shall Not Be Exempt From Use Of The Building From The Obligation To Organize And Carry Out Works In Such A Way As Not To Disturb The Functioning Of External Infrastructure Or Neighboring Facilities.5. Regardless Of The Exclusion Of The Building, The Parking Lot Around The City Hall Must Operate Without Disruptions Throughout The Period Of Construction Works And Be Available To Users.6. The Contractor Must Organize The Construction Site And Facilities In Such A Way That The Parking Lots And Roads Adjacent To The Building Remain Fully Passable And Accessible To Users.7 Constituting Annex No. 7 To Swz.8.
