Determining The Size Or Scope Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works And Any Supplies Or Services, In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Design Documentation And Stwiorb Provided By The Ordering Party, And The Principles Of Current Technical Knowledge, Consisting In The Renovation Of Two Sanitary Facilities Located On The 2Nd Floor Building Of The District Court In Malbork At Ul. 17 Marca 3, With A Total Area Of ​​16.59 M2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fully Cooperate With The Ordering Party In The Performance Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account Any Recommendations Issued By The Relevant Conservator Of Monuments, If Any Were Issued. Due To The Fact That The Works Will Be Carried Out In An Active Facility, All Work Must Be Performed In A Way That Does Not Pose A Threat To People Staying In The Facility. The Method Of Carrying Out The Work Cannot Affect The Operation Of The Facility. During The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain Aesthetics And Cleanliness. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Materials From The Dismantling Of Existing Devices And Debris As Part Of The Remuneration Resulting From The Submitted Offer. The Cost Of Loading, Unloading And Transporting Equipment And Debris To The Place Of Disposal Is Included In The Remuneration Resulting From The Submitted Offer.
