A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Divided Into Individual Parts, Includes: - Design Documentation - Annex No. 4 To The Swz, - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 5 To The Swz, - Additionally, Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 6 To The Swz, In Accordance With The Principles Of A Lump-Sum Form Of Remuneration, Which Is Covered By This Procedure, The Bill Of Quantities Is An Informational And Auxiliary Document.4.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Acceptances, All Other Activities And Documents Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works. The Works Should Be Performed And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party.5.The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Minimum Quality Guarantee Of 60 Months And A Maximum Of 84 Months For Each Part Of The Order.
