The Subject Of The Order Includes The Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1719Z, I.E. The Beginning Of The Section - From The New Road Surface Constructed In 2025 At The Exit From Stara Dąbrowa. End Of The Section - Access To The Viaduct Over Provincial Road Number 142. The Length Of The Road On The Section To Be Reconstructed Is 436.5 M And The Municipal Road Is Reconstructed, I.E. The Beginning Of The Section - From The Border Of Plot No. 75/2 With Plot Number Geod. 75/3. End Of The Section - Access To Provincial Road Number 142. The Length Of The Road On The Section To Be Reconstructed Is 137.5 M Within The Scope And Limits Specified In The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including: 1) Carrying Out Geodetic Measurements, 2) Preparing As-Built Geodetic Documentation, 3) Developing And Agreeing On The Temporary Traffic Organization And Security Of The Work Area, Including Traffic Organization On Detours, 4) Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization And Security Works; Including Marking And Maintaining Markings And Securing Works During Traffic Organization, Construction And Maintenance Of Technological Roads And Detours;5) Performance Of Construction And Accompanying Works To The Extent Specified In The Documentation To The Extent Appropriate To A Given Range Of Works,6) Performance Of Tests And Checks, Including Laboratory Tests Resulting From Detailed Technical Specifications,7) Acquisition And Transport Of Materials To The Construction Site,8) Acquisition And Transport Of Equipment And Necessary Devices To The Construction Site And After Completion Of The Works, From The Construction Site To The Site,9) Development In On Its Own Or Disposal Of Rubble, Scrap, Waste, Excavated Earth And Stumps Resulting From The Works, Which Are Not Intended For Further Use On The Construction Site. 10) Any Other Works Not Listed In Points 1) - 9) Necessary To Achieve The Intended Purpose (Technical, Functional And Utility Result). To Recognize That Such Works Do Not Go Beyond The Definition Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Following Conditions Must Be Met: - The Works Are Performed Within The Limits Specified In The Design Documentation, - The Type Of Construction Works Does Not Go Beyond The Scope Of Topics And Industries Beyond The Scope Of Issues Described In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications.
