5.1.The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works.5.2.Common Procurement Vocabularycpv: 45216100-5 Construction Works For The Construction Of Buildings For Public Order Or Emergency Services5.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes: 5.3.1.Demolition Works;5.3.2.Construction Works;5.3.3.Strengthening The Structure;5.3.4.Construction Of Insulation And Suspended Ceiling;5.3.5.Construction Of The Floor And Flooring;5.3.6.Wall Finishing;5.3.7.Painting The Facade;5.3.8.Execution Of Electrical Installation.5.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities And Design Documentation Constituting Annexes To This Swz.5.5.The Materials Needed To Complete The Subject Of The Order Are Secured By The Contractor.5.6.All Works Covered By The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Standards, Design Documentation, Granted Construction Permits/Notifications, As Well As Technical Requirements For Individual Types Of Works Specified In The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Entirely Responsible For The Quality Of Performance Of All Types Of Works Included In The Task.5.7.Equivalent Solutions:5.7.1.Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or In The Design Documentation, Provided That They Have At Least The Same Or Better Technical And Functional Parameters And Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation, 5.7.2.The Ordering Party Recommends Asking Questions To The Swz To Clarify The Equivalence Of A Given Element, 5.7.3.If The Contractor Offers Materials And Other Equivalent Elements, He Is Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Offer A List Of All Proposed Materials And Other Equivalent Elements And Demonstrate Their Equivalence In Relation To The Materials And Other Elements Described In The Documentation Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Indicating The Name, Page And Item Of The Bill Of Quantities Of The Works To Which It Applies.5.7.4.All Equivalent Materials Or Other Elements Proposed By The Contractor Must:5.7.4.1.Have Technical And Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Documentation, 5.7.4.2.Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates.5.7.5.A Description Of The Proposed Equivalent Solutions Should Be Attached To The Offer And Must Be Detailed Enough To Enable The Contracting Authority, When Assessing The Offer, To Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Technical Parameters And Decide Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent. This Means That The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Materials And Other Elements He Offers Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party.
