The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Renovation Of The Municipal Road As Part Of Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters In The Ciężkowice Municipality Covering The Municipal Road No. 200005K Bruśnik - Falkowa In The Town Of Falkowa At Km 1 + 040 - 1 +715 And At Km 1 + 795 - 2 + 500.2.Scope Of Construction Works: A) Cleaning The Existing Asphalt Surface By Sprinkling It With Emulsion And Laying An Asphalt Surface Made Of A Mineral-Bituminous Asphalt Mixture In Two Layers Of 5 + 4 Cm Thick After Mechanical Compaction B) Filling The Roadsides With A 10 Cm Thick Stone Mixture. The Exact Quantitative Scope Of The Works Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To This Specification. The Above-Mentioned Works Should Be Performed On The Section Of The Road Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex 3 To The Swz And Indicated On The Map (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). During The Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Perform Control Drilling At The Contractors Expense.3.All Materials From Demolition Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of Demolition Materials To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, At A Distance Of Up To 5 Km. 4. Upon Final Acceptance Of The Works, The Employer Will Require Control Drilling To Be Performed At The Contractors Expense.5.A Detailed Description Of The Works Is Included In: A) Annex No. 1 To The Swz Maps With The Scope Of Works, B) Annex No. 2 To The Swz Stwiorb: C) Annex No. 3 To The Swz Bill Of Quantities.6.To Perform The Works, Only Materials With The Required Approvals And Certificates Should Be Used, Which Will Be Required To Be Presented To The Ordering Party Upon Final Acceptance Of The Works. When Selecting Materials, The Requirements Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Should Be Taken Into Account. 7. Names And Codes Relating To The Subject Of The Contract Determined In Accordance With The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv):45233220-7 Road Surface Works45233142-6 Road Repair Works8.Note: In Economically And Technologically Justified Cases, Only With The Consent Of The Ordering Party - At The Stage Of Order Execution - In The Event Of More Modern Materials With Better Properties And Parameters Appearing On The Market, The Ordering Party Allows Their Use In Exchange For The Materials Proposed In The Offer. However, This Change Cannot Affect The Increase In The Price Of The Order, Accepted By The Ordering Party As A Result Of The Tender. The Order Must Be Performed With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations, Technical Norms, Standards, Principles Of Construction Art, Professional Ethics And The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - Annex No. 11 To The Swz.
