Of The Subject Of The Order Include: Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz And Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz, As Well As The Provisions Of The Swz. The Conditions For The Execution Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Procurement Law, If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Are Not Awarded To It.
