3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Kolonowskie Communethe Project Is Co-Financed By The European Union - Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-20273.1.1. The Order Covers The Construction Of 4 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Kolonowskie Commune In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Attached Functional And Utility Program.3.1.2. The Task Consists Of: 1) Preparation Of Technical Designs Together With Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates Individually For Each Poś (Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities, Cost Estimates, Including The Investors Cost Estimate Individually For Each Poś) 2) Obtaining Approval Of The Designs In The Construction Administration By Accepting The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit 3) Installation Of Household Sewage Treatment Plants 4) Reconstruction Of The Plot 3.1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For This Task Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz, Which Constitutes The Functional And Utility Program. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Valuation And Implement All Works, Services And Deliveries Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Documents. It Is Unacceptable To Selectively Treat The Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In Particular To Ignore The Scope. 3.1.4.
