The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Consumption Points According To Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Supply Of Gaseous Fuel With A Distribution Service To The Ordering Partys Facilities, Fuel Demand Amounting To 700,733 Kwh (Basic Order).2.Gas Fuel Should Be Delivered 24 Hours A Day To The Transfer And Reception Points Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Owned By The Ordering Party, To The Gas Network Of The System Operator.3. The Ordering Party Submitted A Declaration By The Gas Fuel Recipient On The Intended Use Of The Gas Fuel Referred To In Art. 62B Section 2 Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law - Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. On This Basis, Ppg Covered By The Statements In Question Will Be Settled According To The Prices Resulting From The Applicable Sales Tariff Approved By The President Of The Energy Regulatory Office.
