1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Act As A Substitute Investor For The Task Titled: Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction And Adaptation Of The Facility At Ul. Kopernika 15 A For The Needs Of The New Headquarters Of The Małopolska Institute Of Culture In Krakow, Including Comprehensive Technical And Organizational Support For The Investment As Well As Financial Supervision And Control Of The Correctness Of Settlements Of Supervised Contracts, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2.The Implementation Of The Order Includes Four Stages, Constituting The Mandatory Scope Of The Order, With The Possibility Of Partial Overlap Of Stages Iii And Iv Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Period Of 91 Months Indicated In Point 4.2.10 Is The Expected Total Implementation Period. Stage I Lasts Up To 21 Days From The Conclusion Of The Agreement, Stage Ii - No Longer Than 6 Months From The Acceptance Of Stage I, Stage Iii - No Longer Than 24 Months From Its Commencement, And Stage Iv - 60 Months From The Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works. If There Are No Objections, The Report Contains A Clear Confirmation Of The Lack Of Identified Defects And Inconsistencies That Make It Impossible To Carry Out The Procedure, In Accordance With Opz.2) Stage Ii: Support For The Procedure For Awarding A Contract For Construction Works - Participation In The Procedure Or Procedures For Awarding A Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works, In Particular Providing Explanations Regarding Documentation, Analysis Of Offers, Cost Estimates, Equivalence, Abnormally Low Price And Contractors Explanations, And Cooperation In The Preparation Of Procedural Letters And Correspondence With Contractors. - On The Ordering Partys Request - The Indicated Persons Acting As Experts Or Members Of The Tender Committee And Participation In Appeal Proceedings Before The National Chamber Of Appeal.
