Armii Krajowej 101, 43-316 Bielsko-Biała, As Part Of The National Transplant Program, Including: 1) Delivery And Installation Of An Ultrasound Device Type 1 - Part 1; In The Types Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification Of Procurement Terms, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz, Meeting The Quality Parameters Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Specification And Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.2.Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Transport, Unloading And Installation, Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.3.The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Purchase Of Equipment And Apparatus Under The National Transplantation Program By Purchasing Equipment And Apparatus For Anesthesiology And Intensive Care Departments With The Highest Donation Activity In 2025.
