The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Integration Of A Total Of 4 Snow Cannons - Artificial Snow Generators, Along With Equipment, Software, Documentation And Instructions For The Ordering Partys Staff.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes Two Separate Types Of Devices: A.Mobile Cannons, Intended For Use As Devices Moved Within The Facility; B.Tower Snow Cannons, Intended For Installation On The Ordering Partys Existing Poles/Towers. The Devices Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2025 And Ready For Operation After Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning. The Offered Snow Cannon Must Be A Mass-Produced Device, And The Manufacturer Must Have Experience In The Production Of A Given Model In At Least 200 Units.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A.Delivery Of 2 Pieces Of Mobile Cannons; B.Delivery Of 2 Pieces Of Tower Guns Intended For Installation On Existing Poles/Towers; C.Delivery Of All Elements Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Devices; D.Assembly, Connection And Commissioning Of All Four Guns;E.Installation Of Tower Cannons Along With Adaptation Of Existing Poles/Towers To The Offered Devices; F.Adapting 2 Existing Wells To Work With Tower Guns, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Assembly, Construction, Installation And Connection Works; G.Adaptation Of Infrastructure For Mobile Cannons, If Required For Their Proper Operation;H.Integration With The Existing Management System Of The Ordering Party;I.Performing Functional Tests And Tests;J.Providing Technical Documentation And Operating Instructions; K.Training Of Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party;
