Medyków 18 (Basic Order),2) Implementation Of Service Services Not Covered By The Warranty, Ordered By The Ordering Party Under The Option Right, During The Warranty Period, Consisting In The Repair Or Replacement Of The Damaged Item Of The Order Or Its Part, In Particular As A Result Of Collision Or Devastation Events.2.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Under The Terms Specified In § 9 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz). The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is No More Than The Maximum Financial Value Specified In The Procedure Documentation, I.E.
