A) The Subject Of The Order Is The Demarcation Of A Property Located In The Town Of Orawka Marked As Registration Plot No. 2404 From The Property Marked In The Land Register As Registration Plot No. 2405 By Determining The Location Of Boundary Points And Lines, Fixing These Points With Boundary Markers On The Ground And Preparing Appropriate Geodetic Documentation For The Purpose Of Issuing An Administrative Decision, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of May 17, 1989, Geodetic And Geodetic Law Cartographic (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended) As Well As The Regulation Of The Ministers Of Interior And Administration And Agriculture And Food Of April 14, 1999 On The Delimitation Of Real Estate (Journal Of Laws Of 1999, No. 45, Item 453). B) The Following Activities Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: − Analysis Of The Legal Status Of The Real Estate, − Setting A Deadline And Carrying Out Demarcation Activities On The Land - Preparing Appropriate Surveying Documentation Necessary To Issue An Administrative Decision On The Delimitation Of The Above-Mentioned Properties And Preparing A Map Of The Demarcation Of Properties For Each Party To The Proceedings.
