4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Computer And Network Accessories, Which Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Titled: Cultural Heritage Of Podlasie - Digitization And Presentation Of The Collections Of The Podlasie Museum In Białystok.4.2.The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Computer And Network Accessories To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Including: A) Network Device - 3 Pcs. B) Nas Server - 1 Pc. C) Ups - 2 Pcs. D) Router - 1 Pc. 2) The Delivered Computer And Network Accessories Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged And Not Encumbered With The Rights Of Third Parties, 3) The Delivered Computer And Network Accessories Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel In The Eu,4) The Contractor Will Provide Equipment Packaging As Required To Prevent Damage To It Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery,5) Computer And Network Accessories Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular With Safety Signs,6) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions On How To Use Computer And Network Accessories Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded.4.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Material And Quantitative Description, Technical Parameters And Operational Requirements, Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
