The Subject Of The Order Covered By This Procedure Is The Task Entitled: Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Two Culverts Along With A Section Of The Municipal Road In Ul. Popka.2.The Order Referred To In Section 1 Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Carried Out Under The Zrid Procedure (Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment), Along With Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Notifications, Consents, Opinions And Decisions, Together With Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions (In The Event Of The Obligation To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions), For The Implementation Of The Design Task Including The Reconstruction And Expansion Of Two Culverts Located Along The Municipal Road Kdd Ul. Popka On The Chodenicki Stream - According To The Graphic Attachments. The Ordering Party Envisages Reconstruction Of The Existing Two Culverts Into New Ones, Along With Their Widening To The Required Width, The Documentation Should Include The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, In Particular: Strengthening The Stream From The Upper And Lower Water Sides, Street Lighting, Storm Sewage System With New Outlets To Receivers, Retention Reservoirs At The Inlets, Two-Way Pedestrian Roads (Sidewalks), Widening The Road To Min. 5.0 M, Retaining Walls And End Walls, Entrances To The Plots, Traffic Safety Elements, Spacers (Reconstruction) And Protection Of The Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure (The Approximate Scope Of The Investment Is Presented In The Graphic Attachments). The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Should Include All Necessary Designs, Documents, All Legally Required Arrangements, Decisions, Tests And Analyses, Permits, Water Law And Hydrotechnical Studies, Environmental, Geological And Geotechnical Studies (Covering The Entire Investment In Order To Correctly Determine The Water And Ground Conditions And Design The Road Substructure Along With The Necessary Soil Replacements), Maps For Design Purposes Along With The Required Updates And Approvals, Consent To Enter The Area And, If Necessary, Needs, Other Studies Necessary For The Implementation Of The Project, Including Decisions To Exclude Land From Agricultural Production And Tree Felling, Along With A Planting Plan, Which Enable The Proper Execution Of The Task. At The Same Time, The Designer Will Be Obliged To Fill In Any Gaps And Make Changes To The Documentation Indicated By The Authority Issuing The Decision.
