The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Wheeled Excavator With An Engine Power Of 68-120 Hp (50-90 Kw) For The Marcinowice Commune, Including The Purchase, Delivery And Training Of Operators In Terms Of The Use And Operation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Technical And Operational Requirements For The Subject Of The Contract, Containing The Minimum Requirements That The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law
