Partial Task No. 1: Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads Listed In Annex No. 7A Using A Plow And Sand Spreader. The Subject Of The Procedure Is To Provide A Service Aimed At Eliminating Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Atmospheric Factors Such As Winter Slipperiness And Snowfall Using A Plow And Sand Spreader On Roads. These Activities Are Intended To Ensure That The Road Is Maintained In A Condition Suitable For Safe Use By Its Users. • Winter Maintenance Should Be Prepared According To The Standard: - The Road Is Cleared Of Snow Over Its Entire Width, - Winter Slipperiness Is Combated And Eliminated By Sprinkling A Mixture Of Sand And Salt (30% Salt / 70% Sand), - Snow Removal, Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness Carried Out By Using Road Equipment Indicated In The Offer, I.E. Plow - Sand Spreader (Together With The Mixture), - Carrying Out Snow Removal, Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness Of Roads. Is To Be Confirmed Each Time By The Supervisor. • The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Ensure Communication Between The Owner And The Means Of Transport Via A Mobile Phone. • The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Designate Only A Part Of A Given Road Section Included In Annex 7A To The Swz For Winter Maintenance. The Contractor Will Submit An Offer For 1 Km Of The Maintained Road Along With The Cost Of The Mixture. The Remuneration Will Be The Product Of The Km Of The Service Provided And The Unit Price Per 1 Km Given In The Offer.
