The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Ambulance And Equipment Be Brand New (Produced In 2026 Or 2027). Ready For Use Without Incurring Additional Financial Outlays And Compliant With The Currently Applicable Pn En 1789 Standard (A2 Type Ambulance). The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of A Built-In Ambulance (I.E. Adaptation Of The Medical Compartment) In 2026 Or 2027 On A Base Vehicle That Is Brand New, Unregistered, With No Operational Mileage, Non-Demonstration, With A Full Manufacturers Warranty, From Production In 2026 Or 2027.3. The Offered Ambulance Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Party Claims And Have Complete Vehicle Documentation Necessary For Its Registration And Operation.4.
