Górna 4A (Approx. 2,000 L) - Branch School Of The Primary School In Szudziałowo, Babiki 22A (Approx. 20,000 L) - Primary School In Szudziałowo, Szudziałowo Ul. Szkolna 1 (Approx. 75,000 L)2. The Fuel Oil Must Meet All Parameters For Fuel Oil In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Pn-C-96024:2020-12 Standard Or Equivalent, The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On The Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008), The Regulation Minister Of Finance Of November 28, 2022 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2633), Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of March 1, 2017 On Methods For Testing The Quality Of Light Fuel Oil, Heavy Fuel Oil And Oil For Inland Navigation Vessel Engines (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 584) And The Act Of August 25, 2006 On The Fuel Quality Monitoring And Control System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1529).3. The Estimated Volume Of The Order Is 105,000 Liters (105 M3) And Will Be Carried Out According To The Ordering Partys Needs.4. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Quantity Specified In Section 3 Is Indicative, And The Final Scope Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order May Be Reduced, But This Quantity Will Not Be Less Than 50,000 Liters (50 M3). Due To The Reduction In The Quantitative Scope Of The Order, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims For Damages Against The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place An Order For Fuel Delivery To Each Of The Ordering Partys Tanks Separately.6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Quality Of The Supplied Fuel Oil Within 21 Days From The Date Of A Given Successive Delivery.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Amount Of Fuel Delivered Each Time By Weighing The Vehicle In Which The Contractor Will Deliver Fuel, Before And After Dispensing The Fuel To The Ordering Partys Tanks. Weighing Will Take Place On A Verified Scale Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Szudziałowo Commune. The Driver Will Be Informed About The Intention To Verify The Amount Of Fuel Delivered By Weighing The Vehicle Immediately Before Dispensing The Fuel.8.
