Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of License Plates For 2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Delivery Of License Plates As Well As The Collection And Scrapping Of Withdrawn License Plates During The Term Of The Contract.2.The Contractor Undertakes To Produce And Deliver License Plates.3.The Estimated Number Of License Plates Given In Section 2 Constitutes Only The Ordering Partys Forecast And Is Not Final. The Actual Number Of License Plates Of Each Type Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.4.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Ordered Boards Without Any Claims From The Contractor.5.A Change In The Number Of License Plates Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And May Not Affect The Unit Prices Proposed By The Contractor.6.The Boards Will Be Delivered In Batches, Successively, Depending On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Each Time To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party - The Department Of Communication, Roads And Transport Of The District Office In Lubliniec At Ul. Paderewskiego 7.7.The Number Of Plates Delivered, Their Type, As Well As Letter And Numerical Distinguishing Signs Will Be Each Time Specified By The Ordering Party In The Order Sent Via The Plate Ordering Program, By E-Mail Or By Phone.8.The Maximum Deadline For Each Partial Delivery Cannot Be Longer Than 5 Business Days, Counted From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party.9.The Delivery Time For Duplicate License Plates Ordered In Cases Of Theft, Destruction Or Loss Of The Plates May Not Exceed 24 Hours From The Moment Of Placing The Order.10.In The Event Of Changes To License Plate Designs Introduced By Amending Regulations, The Contractor Undertakes To Produce And Deliver Plates According To The New Designs.11.The Contractor Undertakes To Collect From The Ordering Party License Plates Intended For Deletion And Then Scrap Them In A Way That Ensures That The Entire Number Cannot Be Read And Cannot Be Reused. Each Batch Of Boards Submitted For Disposal Will Be Collected On The Basis Of A Protocol Prepared By The Ordering Party. After The Disposal Of License Plates, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party, Within 30 Days From The Date Of Receipt, With A Statement Confirming The Physical Destruction Of The License Plates, Specifying The Registration Numbers And The Number Of Plates Destroyed.12.Acceptance By The Contractor Of The Boards Referred To In Section 11 Will Take Place On The Day Of Delivery Of The New Batch Of License Plates At The Contractors Expense, Based On The Handover Protocol.13.Upon Receipt Of The Plates In Accordance With Section 11, The Responsibility For Scrapping Them Is Transferred To The Contractor.14.The Required Warranty Period For The Completed Item Of The Order Is 24 Months.
