Tenders Are Invited For Development And Implementation Of The Prpog Database Modernization Project

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development And Implementation Of A Project To Modernize The Database Of The State Register Of Basic Geodetic, Gravimetric And Magnetic Networks, Including The Migration Of The Database Of The State Register Of Basic Geodetic, Gravimetric And Magnetic Networks (Prpog) To The Postgresql Database Environment, Along With The Development And Implementation Of A Management System. 2. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will Develop A Technical Design For The Migration Of The Prpog System And A Detailed Technical Design For The Management System (Application/Client Interface) For The Basic Control Database Register. 3. As Part Of The Optional Order, In The First Stage, The Contractor Will Migrate The Prpog Database From The Oracle 12G Environment To The Postgresql Environment, Maintaining Basic Functionalities (Browsing, Searching And Modifying Object Attributes), E.G. In External Gis Software, Develop Documentation Regarding The Migrated Database And Train Up To 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party To Use The Database After Migration. In The Second Stage Of The Optional Order, The Contractor Will Create And Implement The Prpog Database Management System, Test The Client Application, Train Up To 10 Employees Of The Ordering Party And Provide As-Built Documentation And A User Manual For The Prpog Database And The Client Application. The New Database Management System For The Register Of Basic Geodetic Networks Is Intended To Ensure The Highest Possible Quality Of Services In Terms Of Efficiency, Safety, Throughput And Availability Of Basic Data For Geodetic, Gravimetric And Magnetic Networks. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
