The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity To Technical Infrastructure And Public Utility Facilities In The Radomyśl Nad Sanem Commune In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (1 Year).2. The Total Energy Consumption [Kwh] In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (1 Year) Is Estimated At 649,145 Kwh. The Ordering Party Informs That The Estimated Electricity Consumption (In Total Consumption) For Street Lighting In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 (1 Year) Is 186,694 Kwh. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Increase The Amount Of Energy Consumption In The Event Of Connecting New Facilities To The Dsos Power Grid By No More Than 10% Of The Estimated Annual Consumption. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Independently Control The Amount Of Energy Consumption So That This Number Does Not Exceed 10% Of The Total Consumption.3. The Indicated Value Of Electricity Demand Is An Estimated Value And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Is Not Obliged To Purchase The Estimated Amount Of Electricity. The Purchase Of A Smaller Or Larger Quantity Will Not Result In A Change In The Fee Rates In The Tariffs.
