4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Multi-Disciplinary Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Administrative Decisions For The Investment Project Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium In Ryki Located On The Plot Marked With Geod. 4020/3, Located In Ryki At Ul. Warszawska 62, Plot Id 061604_4.0001.4020/3. 4.2.The Order Was Divided Into Tasks: 1) Task I - Development Of A Concept For The Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium In Ryki2) Task Ii - Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium In Ryki 4.3 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) For Task I - Development Of A Concept For The Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium In Ryki, Which, After The Approval Of The Ordering Party, Will Constitute The Basis For The Implementation Of Task Ii, I.E. Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation;2) For Task Ii - Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Construction Law And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Public Procurement Law For The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Consents, Decisions, Opinions And Permits Required To Perform The Works 4.4 The Scope Of The Service Includes: 4.4.1 Development Of The Concept For The Modernization Of The Municipal Stadium, Which, After Approval, Will Be The Basis For The Development Of Design Documentation, 4.4.2 Preparation Of Design Documentation In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Implementing Provisions Of The Construction Law And In The Detail Required By The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law And The Implementing Provisions Of The Public Procurement Law For The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Construction Works; The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Ordering Party Specifying The Deadlines For The Completion Of Individual Tasks: For Task I - By December 11 For Task Ii - Within Up To 5 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
